THE MATERIAL
• rice flour
• sugar
• salt
• 2 pieces of pandan leaves, torn to pieces, make a slip knot
• coconut milk
• plantain / banana kepok old, cut into pieces
• banana leaves for wrapping
HOW TO MAKE

Melt the rice flour with some coconut milk and
set aside.
2. Bring to the boil remaining coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt. Enter the liquid rice flour and sugar, mix until late and the batter is thick.
3. Remove from the heat.
4. Take 1 piece of banana leaf, give 1 tablespoon of flour dough, put 1 piece of banana, cover the dough with 1 tablespoon flour. Roll the banana leaf, fold two sides toward the center.
5. Steam until cooked about 30 minutes. Remove and make up the leaves.
